तेषु यथा उक्ता दण्डाः कार्याः ॥
Under these circumstances, they shall be compelled to undergo punishment.

teSu yathA uktA daNDAH kAryAH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रव्रज्यासु वृथा आचारान् राजा दण्डेन वारयेत् । धर्मो ह्य् अधर्म उपहतः शास्तारं हन्त्य् उपेक्षितः ॥
The king shall, under penalty of fines, forbid the wilful or improper proceedings of ascetics: for vice overwhelming righteousness will in the long run destroy the ruler himself.
english translation
pravrajyAsu vRthA AcArAn rAjA daNDena vArayet । dharmo hy adharma upahataH zAstAraM hanty upekSitaH ॥
