तिरोहित अन्तर् अगार नक्त अरण्य उपध्य् उपह्वर कृतांश् च व्यवहारान् प्रतिषेधयेयुः ॥

(Valid and Invalid Transactions.) They shall hold as void agreements (vyavahára) entered into in seclusion, inside the houses, in the dead of night, in forests, in secret, or with fraud.
