Arthashastra
तयोः अर्थो न वा इति, अनर्थो न वा इति, अर्थो अनर्थ इति, अनर्थो अर्थ इति संशयः ॥
When, in connection with these two kinds of wealth, there arise doubts, such as: "Is it provocative wealth or not? Harmless wealth or provocative wealth? First provocative and then harmless?
english translation
tayoH artho na vA iti, anartho na vA iti, artho anartha iti, anartho artha iti saMzayaH ॥
