If the 9th from Karakamsa falls in one of the shad vargas of Sukra and Kuja, hewill be fond of others' wives.

If Kuja and Sukra join or aspect the 9th from Karakamsa, the person will have the evil habit of seducing and keeping illegal gratifications til I the end of his life.
