श्वासहिध्मा यतस्तुल्यहेत्वाद्याः साधनं ततः । तुल्यमेव तदार्तं च पूर्वं स्वेदैरुपाचरेत् ॥ १ ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्निग्धैर्लवणतैलाक्तं तैः खेषु ग्रथितः कफः । सुलीनोऽपि विलीनोऽस्य कोष्ठं प्राप्तः सुनिर्हरः ॥ २ ॥
