बलवत् सामन्तां भूमिम् आदातुम् अर्थो अनर्थ इति संशयः ॥
One might question whether it is a gain or a loss to annex the territory of a powerful neighboring ruler.

balavat sAmantAM bhUmim AdAtum artho anartha iti saMzayaH ॥

One wonders whether it is advantageous or disadvantageous to launch a joint expedition with a more powerful king.

jAyasA sambhUyayAnam anartho artha iti saMzayaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतेषाम् अर्थ संशयम् उपगच्छेत् ॥
One should arrive at a state of uncertainty regarding the meaning of those.

Wealth productive of wealth; wealth productive of nothing; wealth productive of harm; loss or harm productive of wealth; sustenance of harm for no profit; harm productive of harm--these are the six varieties of harmful wealth.
