Srimad Bhagavatam
ततो मीढ्वांसमामन्त्र्य शुनासीराः सहर्षिभिः । भूयस्तद्देवयजनं समीढ्वद्वेधसो ययुः ॥ ४-७-७ ॥
Thereafter, Bhṛgu, the chief of the great sages, invited Lord Śiva to come to the sacrificial arena. Thus the demigods, accompanied by the sages, Lord Śiva, and Lord Brahmā, all went to the place where the great sacrifice was being performed. ॥ 4-7-7 ॥
english translation
तब मुनियों के प्रमुख भृगु ने शिवजी को यज्ञशाला में पधारने के लिए आमंत्रित किया। इस तरह से ऋषिगण, शिवजी तथा ब्रह्मा समेत सभी देवता उस स्थान पर गये जहाँ वह महान् यज्ञ सम्पन्न हो रहा था। ॥ ४-७-७ ॥
